The first misstep of this hotel was the female who greeted me. (I won’t say her name) She was rude, short with me, and overall seemed irritated. I get to my room and use the restroom. Only to find out the toilet is broken. I go down to the desk to let them know and they “upgraded” me to a bigger room. It’s nearly midnight. No offer to help moving my bags, no offer for a refund. So I basically got a working toilet and a bigger bed with an AC that sounded like a semi truck.

This Hotel, deserves a stellar 5-star rating. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to my day, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The hotel's proximity to the Ontario Airport was a significant convenience for travelers like me. Overall, my experience at this Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Ontario.

Booked and paid online for a suite paid over $100 but got regular room at check in there was a sign that said there is a $35 a day incidental fee (charged every day) so a debit or credit card HAS to be on file and funds must be available and it says it can take up to 2 weeks to get the money back if you use a debit card.... The room was clean enough except the bathroom 🤢 there was so much hair in clogged up in the shower drain the water wouldn't even go down I had to take off the plug and use my fingers to pull out globs of hair from god who knows where it was disgusting!!🤢 And the beds were so tall my dad couldn't get on the bed so he had to sleep on the lounge chair Probably wouldn't stay here again and most definitely would NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!! (Side note: We're going on 2 weeks since we stayed there and I'm Still waiting for my $35 back)

This is a great hotel. Clean and quiet. Close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. We will definitely be back!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk was courteous. Great location by Ontario airport. Free breakfast was great with many options. Clean carpets, new paint. Comfortable beds. Had a nice pool and fitness center. Loved the place.
